How do I make a purchase if I live outside of the USA?
You will need to contact us to complete your purchase, and set up shipping arrangements
How are dragons shipped to other countries?
Dragons that need to be delivered outside of the USA will need to be handled by a third party licensed reptile Importer/Exporter. Arrangements will need to be made between you and the Importer/Exporter to handle your delivery into your country. You will be responsible for paying any, and all service fees directly to your chosen Importer/Exporter. Many have used the services of Dutch Dragon Import, & Reptiles Express.
How do you house and feed your dragons?
All of our dragons are housed in a 4ft x 2ft x 2ft PVC enclosure with sliding glass front doors.
Our lighting consist of one 22" Arcadia 12% desert UVB T5HO tube light inside of a reflector fixture, one heat/basking bulb, & one 5000k (Daylight) 2600 lumens LED bulb for visual light. All light fixtures are secured to the ceiling of the enclosure.
Proper UVB is essential for your dragons health. This light allows for the synthesis of vitamin D3. Be sure to research your UVB light to make sure it is the right choice for your enclosure size. Follow the manufacture's instructions.
For our flooring we use non-adhesive shelf liner (EasyLiner Smooth Top Shelf Liner) by Duck Brand
We keep decor to a minimum to give our dragons as much movement space as possible. Typically we place in basic grey bricks, a smooth flat stone for the basking area, and a large rock cave hide on the cool side of the enclosure.
A UV index meter (Solarmeter model 6.5R) Is highly recommend to allow you to check your UVB lighting to make sure your dragon is getting the UVB range needed to stay healthy. Typically UVB lights need to be replaced every 6-12 months depending on the brand. We check our lights output at least once a month so we can know when they need replacing.
We dust our feeder bugs with Miner-All indoor Calcium & Mineral Supplement.
(Every feeding)
For our multivitamin supplement we dust feeders with Rep-Cal Herptivite with Beta Carotene
(2-3 times a week)
These supplements provide high quality calcium with D3, vitamins, and minerals for dragons(s). These are essential for maintaining proper dietary health.
*Please remember that these are just the basics of OUR enclosures and feeding, and not detailed in depth.
